Coronavirus Update: Our gates remain locked and we are only open for strictly pre-arranged animal viewing appointments between 11and and 2pm. Visitors will be asked to wear a mask for the duration of visit.**

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please note that we are now temporarily closed due to the current national lockdown. This means we are unable to deal with rehoming requests as we are not able to let our animals to go to new homes without meeting adopters in person and conducting home checks. If you have an urgent enquiry, please call 02380 693282 or email us on stfrancisanimalwelfare@gmail.com.
.
If you have items to donate to the shelter for our animals, please leave them outside our gates before 2pm. If you have items to donate to our Facebook shop, please send a message to the shop’s Facebook page to discuss if and how we can receive it.
.
We are still able to take in animals (providing we have space) so if you need help with your pet or know of a animal in need, please get in touch.
.
The animals in our care are being well loved and attended to by our dedicated staff team and someone is on site 24 hours a day.
.
Thanks again to all of our supporters for keeping us going throughout this strange time.

Who We Are

Our shelter is based at Sunnyside Cottage, Mortimer’s Lane, Fair Oak, Eastleigh in Hampshire. We care for, rehabilitate and re home numerous domestic animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, caged birds, various small mammals and reptiles.

We are a small shelter with only four full time and one part time member of staff. Some of our animals were unclaimed strays, others were handed over by their owners who were unable to care for them any longer for a variety of reasons.

Rehome a Pet

Our animals are well looked after and given lots of care. View all our animals currently for adoption.
